As a professor and industry expert, I noticed a growing issue: fresh engineering graduates struggled to secure specialized jobs in the gas industry without a Post Graduate Program. This path was time-consuming and costly.

Determined to find a solution, I launched the GAIN Program. I experimented with various teaching methodologies, integrating hands-on experience with industry-specific skills. The results were remarkable. Graduates of the FLEX Program began landing specialized roles, bypassing the traditional postgraduate route.

This success ignited a mission within me. I aim to eliminate barriers for aspiring engineers, equipping them with the tools and knowledge they need to thrive in the gas industry. My vision is to transform how we prepare engineers, making specialized roles accessible without extra years of study.

Through the FLEX Program, I am on a journey to solve this problem once and for all, empowering fresh engineers to achieve their career goals swiftly and efficiently.
